If we do not receive your cancellation in the time frame listed above you will be charged 50% of the services booked.
All charges will be added to your file for payment.

At Morrison & Co, we take great pride in providing flexibility and care in scheduling an appointment that works perfectly for our clients. Our team is aware how busy your lives are and we appreciate that you choose to spend some of that time with us.
Once we have promised that appointment time to you, we turn other clients away who might also be looking to book in the same time frame. We encourage you to read the specifics of our policy below to avoid and disappointments or confusion in the future:
For 1-2.5 hour appointments we require a minimum of
24 OPENING HOURS notice (this means hours in which the salon is open not closed) to cancel your appointment. For appointments 3 or more hours we require 48 OPENING HOURS notice (this means hours in which the salon is open not closed). Please keep in mind the salon is closed Sundays and Mondays.

Morrison & Co is a story of collaboration between co-founders, Tristin and Johanna Morrison, and their passion of craft hairdressing. This passion has culminated in 45 years of combined experience in the hair and beauty industry.
Tristin and Johanna’s belief is that every person’s hair has a story to tell. Morrison & Co is a space that celebrates this story and the individuality that each of our clients bring to us. We cherish the uniqueness of our clients by building meaningful relationships which are rooted in care, and education, respect for our team, clients and the community we live in.
